What is the return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Sophiya Studios. Because many of our products are made to order, please read this policy carefully.

Made-to-Order Items

Our apparel, tote bags, hats, and similar merchandise are produced on demand specifically for your order. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing details and product descriptions before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sophiyacreative@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damage.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Digital Products (Music & Digital Books)

Due to their nature, digital downloads and digital music are non-refundable once the order is completed and access or download has been provided, except where required by law or in the case of a technical defect we cannot resolve.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–12 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible at sophiyacreative@gmail.com if you need to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate requests received before an item enters production, but cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
